  152. To install, execute the file XED11B.EXE in the directory you wish the
  153. files to reside. Alternatively you may specify a target path to extract
  154. to, e.g.

  156.         XED11B C:\BIN

  158. will extract to C:\BIN. If you have obtained a repackaged release
  159. (e.g. *.ZIP or *.ARJ, etc), follow the normal extraction procedure
  160. for the type of package received.
